MValent and Quest Partner On Software Offerings

BURLINGTON, MA -- MValent Inc. and Quest Software announced a partnership to jointly offer each other's software products.  Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

MValent Integrity suite provides software that automates IT configurations for enterprises.  Under the agreement, mValent will resell Quest's Foglight Release Manager.

In return, Quest will refer potential sales leads to mValent for its sales team to pursue.  Both companies have also agreed to integrate each product set into a combined configuration at a later date.
